Q1: Are you a daycare company?

A: No. We don’t operate daycares or employ caregivers. We’re a guidance and support platform that helps people understand and follow the steps to start a home daycare in their state

Q2: Do you replace state licensing or approvals?

A: No. We never replace or override state rules. We help you follow them. All providers must comply with the laws and regulations in their state.

Q3: Is this only for Louisiana right now?

A: Our first full program is LSDL – Louisiana State Daycare Launch, and it’s live now. StartMyDaycare.com will host additional states as we roll them out.

4. How do you ensure the safety of my child?

The safety of your child is our top priority. Our facilities are secure, with monitored entrances and exits. All caregivers are thoroughly vetted, including background checks and child abuse screenings. We also follow strict safety protocols to ensure a secure environment both indoors and outdoors.

6. What kind of activities do you offer for children?

We offer a variety of age-appropriate activities to stimulate both cognitive and social development. These include interactive play, arts and crafts, reading sessions, outdoor activities, and online educational games designed to foster learning, creativity, and teamwork.

Q4: How do I get started?

A: If you live in Louisiana, start with LSDL. If you live in another state, join our email list and we’ll notify you when your state is live.
